Gaurav Ladhar is the co-founder of Eagle Capital Finance. With a background in science and finance, Gaurav adopts a thoroughly analytical approach towards financial asset management and the regulated advice process.

An experienced professional landlord and property developer with a multimillion pound portfolio. Gaurav has a keen interest in the property investment market. He has harnessed his educational background and 12 years of professional banking experience to source the right solutions for the specific and challenging needs of his ultra high net worth clients.

Wanting to offer more than traditional financial management options, Gaurav goes above and beyond to ensure the discrete and holistic management of his clients’ desired goals. Gaurav enjoys going to gym and spending valuable time with his family.

Amanda Fremaux

Office Manager

Amanda holds a decade of experience in Property Management. She has a great understanding for both sides of the equation in reference to a client centric experience. Amanda has an extensive background in dealing with complex scenarios requiring diligent and clear communication skills. An extremely motivated individual, qualified with a first class graduate in Management from Cass Business School. In her spare time Amanda likes to spend time with her children and a keen gym goer.

Anish Patel

Head of Development & Commercial Finance

Anish has been involved in financial markets since gaining an MSc in Banking and International Finance, with a 15 year career in investment banking. He was predominantly involved in government bond trading and considerable experience in FX and interest rate swaps markets.

Having left the industry in 2015, Anish co founded his own corporate advisory firm spanning industries such as commodities, infrastructure, real estate, and finance – which he continues to support. His extensive experience and network will prove invaluable in broadening Aura’s global expansion in line with the company’s growth objectives. Outside of work, Anish is a passionate sports fan and likes to travel.

Pardeep Bajwa

Principal

Having worked in finance for over 10 years at one of the leading banks, Pardeep’s entrepreneurial spirit saw him co-found Eagle Capital Finance to create a unique value added proposition.

Having built an extensive portfolio of clients through years of relationship building. His natural focus, drive and self-motivation meant setting out on his own financial services firm was a natural step. Ambitious and experienced, Pardeep wanted to cater a solution to high net worth individuals that worked around their complex needs and unconventional set of circumstances.

A self-taught property developer who understands and anticipates the needs of his clients, he has a keen interest in the global real estate market. Having built his own successful property portfolio, he has a breadth of knowledge in building and managing property developments. When he’s not at the office he enjoys watching his beloved Liverpool F.C and working with local charities.

Gavin Ballack

Head of Business Development

Gavin brings a wealth of experience from his banking & finance background. For seven years Gavin worked for a reputable U.K bank in an advisory capacity. Throughout his banking career Gavin has amassed a loyal following due to his pragmatic approach. His core focus for Eagle will consist of managing new corporate acquisition and overseeing the growth of the U.K market. In his spare time, Gavin is a keen tech enthusiast and enjoys going to the gym.

Donna Clarke

Office Manager

Donna joined the business in 2017 and brings a strong work ethic along with her. A dedicated professional, offering innovative management experience across the spectrum of financial services. She brings a strong corporate administrative background with a creative instinct.

Before joining the team Donna worked for a large property maintenance company as an office manager helping her understand the fast paced and unpredictable property market. Away from the office she enjoys keeping up with her fitness, travelling and exploring new cultures.
